Our Self Assessment is designed to help you assess the following areas of wellness in your own life: Care of Body, Stress, Vocation, Organization, Rest & Play, Spirituality, Emotions, and Relationships. It is meant to be a snapshot of your current life and a tool used to help you focus your future wellness goals.

Learn more about our training opportunities and how you can become a Certified Community Wellness Advocate. We offer several trainings a year, so check out our calendar for a training with locations and times that work for you. See our frequently asked questions (FAQ's) if you have any other questions before attending one of our trainings. You can also contact us about how to host an onsite training in your area.

We are happy to offer a variety of resources to support our wellness programs in our online store. There you will find products to support our adult, teen, and parent programs, as well as seasonal devotionals. This is also where you can sign up for in-person trainings.
