Living Compass Weekly Words of Wellness is a weekly wellness reflection that can be used in your parish newsletter, as a Facebook page discussion starter, or for gatherings of community members. It can reach many people with easy effort. Sign up here.
Living Compass Wellness Pamphlets & Four Week Classes (CWA Only) are used as discussion starters for four week adult education classes that focus on different wellness topics. The following are some of the topics available soon:

Living Compass Adult Faith & Wellness Circles can be offered several times a year. They are offered in a small group setting. Individuals use a personal workbook and trained facilitators use the Living Compass Facilitator Guide with a closed group of 6-10 persons. It can be used in any community.
Living Compass Daily Readings for the Season of Advent and Lent are booklets newly created each year. They contain thematic readings and reflections for each day of Lent and Advent which connect the scriptures of the week to a life of wellness in the 21st century. These booklets can be used by individuals for their own spiritual practice, in a small group setting, or by an entire parish.
