Choosing a Spiritual Practice

The Living Compass program is believes that the best way to grow "new fruit" in our lives is by first taking time to deepen our "root system." This is why we ask each person to select a spiritual practice to do on a regular basis. Don't let the idea of spiritual practice intimidate you; it is simply a commitment to do something on a regular basis that connects you to God/Source/Higher Power, and refreshes and energizes your soul.

By definition, our souls are all different, and so what connects us with the Eternal will be unique to each of us. While we are each unique, we share the universal need to water and nurture our souls on a daily basis.

Here is a sampling of what some people have chosen for their regular spiritual practice during the Living Compass program. You decide how often and how long you wish to commit to doing each practice.

This program belongs to all of us, so please email us your own recommendations for a spiritual practice!
